<< Regresar Noticia 30 de Junio de 2010  Compostela se encamina rumbo al desarrollo: López Santiago *Signan Convenio FONATUR y Ayuntamiento para detonar CIP “El Capomo”, desarrollo turístico que generará más de 10 mil empleos y dejará una derrama económica de 300 millones de dólares en el corazón de la Riviera Nayarit COMPOSTELA.- Para detonar el Centro Integralmente Planeado (CIP), “El Capomo”, uno de los magnos proyectos turísticos que arrancará formalmente la primera etapa de su obra de urbanización en los próximos días, se signó un Convenio entre el Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (FONATUR) y el Ayuntamiento de Compostela, suscrito por el presidente municipal, Héctor López Santiago y el Subdirector de Obras y Apoderado Legal de Fonatur, Gonzalo Barahona Pérez, así como su Delegada Regional en Nayarit, Alejandra Kuri Castro. Durante la firma de este convenio celebrado en la Sala de Cabildo de Palacio Municipal, a la que también asistieron los Gerentes de Permisos de Construcción y de Obras Proyecto I de FONATUR, Nadia Franco Granados y Patricio Baña Diduch, respectivamente, el alcalde compostelense destacó que con esta firma se sientan las bases de un acuerdo de colaboración y de suma de voluntades que unidos van a detonar, que harán del CIP “El Capomo” uno de los destinos más atractivos de la Riviera Nayarit para el turismo nacional y extranjero. Tras expresar su entusiasmo por este acontecimiento que consideró histórico para Compostela, el presidente municipal explicó que este convenio no sólo representa un nuevo impulso a uno de los proyectos más reconocidos y con mayor potencial de crecimiento económico del corazón de la Riviera Nayarit sino que también marca el inicio de una nueva etapa de colaboración, entre los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal con la iniciativa privada, en la que Compostela consolidará su vocación en esta importante actividad económica. “Somos los más interesados en que Compostela se encamine rumbo al desarrollo económico, turístico y social; todo ha sido posible gracias al gran impulso que el Ejecutivo Estatal, Ney González, le ha dado a la marca turística, Riviera Nayarit, a empujar el crecimiento de Nayarit; es gracias al apoyo recibido del Ejecutivo Federal, Felipe Calderón, quien con este impulso a los grandes proyectos como El Capomo, se da un paso importante para fortalecer la Riviera Nayarit, al municipio de Compostela, consolidándolo como uno de los mejores destino turísticos en el país y en el extranjero”. López Santiago añadió que con arranque de la primera etapa del proyecto turístico, se detonará una mayor inversión en la región y se impulsará la creación de más y mejores empleos para las familias compostelense, además de que se beneficiará con obra social a todas las comunidades aledañas al CIP “El Capomo”, donde se invertirán alrededor de 100 millones de pesos en infraestructura básica. Mencionó que las poblaciones que serán favorecidas con obra de infraestructura básica son Lima de Abajo, Puerta de la Lima, Divisadero, Ursulo Galván y La Peñita de Jaltemba, en cuyas poblaciones se realizarán mejoras al drenaje sanitario y rehabilitación de vialidades. Así también, comentó que se construirá un Club de Playa  Popular “El Playón” que será una ventana al mar para todos los compostelenses, pero especialmente un espacio recreativo, único en Nayarit, que contemplará palapas, sanitarios, alberca, juegos infantiles, sitio para practicar voleybol playero, entre otros atractivos más, además de la franja costera que disfrutarán en dicha zona. OBRAS DE COMPENSACION PARA COMPOSTELA POR 110 MDP Ante la presencia de los Regidores María Guadalupe Gutiérrez Flores, Antonio Vázquez López, Miguel Angel Suárez Gutiérrez, Oswaldo Zaines Peña y Manuel Carrillo Salas, así como de funcionarios municipales,  el subdirector de Obras y Apoderado Legal de Fonatur, Gonzalo Barahona Pérez, detalló que el Centro Integralmente Planeado (CIP) es un desarrollo turístico que comprende 255 Hectáreas que abarcará 3 polígonos: Boca del Naranjo, Boca del Cerro y Anexo Cuevitas, ubicados en una franja costera de 6 kilómetros, en El Capomo. Dicho proyecto que contemplará un campo de golf de 18 hoyos categoría “GPA”, cuyos trabajos iniciarían la próxima semana, generarán 10 mil empleos directos e indirectos, ejerciéndose durante este año un monto de 100 millones de pesos. En este contexto, Barahona Pérez, agregó “tenemos programado un techo de obra para 6 años de alrededor de mil 600 millones de pesos, aproximadamente, que beneficiará al municipio, que impactará a su vez en una inversión a terceros, hasta el 2025, de mil millones de dólares. Esperamos recibir 300 millones de dólares de aportación turística una vez consolidado este proyecto turístico”, recalcó. Finalmente, informó que el municipio recibirá obras de compensación derivado de este convenio signado, por alrededor de 110 millones de pesos, recursos que se ejercerán en beneficio de diversas comunidades rurales. COMPOSTELA.- To set off the Integrally Planned Center (CIP – for its acronym in Spanish) at El Capomo, one of the great tourist developments which shall formally start off the first stage of its urbanization works within the next few days, an Agreement was signed between the National Fund for Fomentation of Tourism (FONATUR) and the Compostela Town Hall, headed by the President, Hector Lopez Santiago, and the Deputy Director of Works and Legal Attorney for FONATUR, Gonzalo Barahona Perez, along with its Regional Delegate Officer in Nayarit, Alejandra Kuri Castro. During the signing of this agreement, executed within the Cabildo Council’s Hall at the Municipal Palace, and to which the Managers for Construction Permits and FONATUR’S Project I Works, Nadia Franco Granados and Patricio Baña Diduch, respectively, also concurred, Compostela’s President pointed out that these signatures are the foundation for a collaboration and cooperation agreement, which will make CIP El Capomo one of the most attractive destinations in Riviera Nayarit, both for domestic and foreign tourists. After stating his enthusiasm for this event which he considered historic for Compostela, the President further explained that this agreement not only represents a new stimulus to one of the most well-known projects with the greatest potential for economic growth at the heart of Riviera Nayarit, but also marks the beginning of a new stage of collaboration among the federal, state and municipal governments and private investment, in which Compostela shall consolidate its efforts at this important economical activity. We are the most interested ones, he further remarked, that Compostela should steer towards economic development, touristic and social; all of this has been possible thanks to the great support which the State Governor, Ney Gonzalez, has given to the tourist trademark of Riviera Nayarit, in order to promote Nayarit’s growth; and further thanks to the support received from the Federal Executive, President Felipe Calderon, with which an important step forward is given to strengthen Riviera Nayarit, and the municipality of Compostela, consolidating it as one of the best tourist destinations in our country and abroad. Lopez Santiago also said that with the starting of the first stage of the tourist project, a larger investment in the region will follow, and thus the creation of more and better jobs for Compostela’s families shall follow. In addition to this, the surrounding villages to the CIP El Capomo will be benefited from the social works, into which some 100 million pesos will be invested on the basic infrastructure. He mentioned that the towns that will benefit by the basic infrastructure works are Lima de Abajo, Puerta de la Lima, El Divisadero, Úrsulo Galvan, and La Peñita de Jaltembá, towns in which improvements to the sewer system and restoration of roads will ensue. Furthermore, he said, a Popular Beach Club will be constructed –El Playon- which shall be a “window to the sea” for all Compostela people; but especially it shall be a recreation space, unique in Nayarit, which shall include palapas, bathroom facilities, swimming pool, children’s playground, space to play beach volleyball, among other attractions, in addition to the coastal beach strip to be enjoyed in that area. COMPENSATION WORKS FOR COMPOSTELA IN THE AMOUNT OF 110 MILLION PESOS Before the attendance of the Aldermen Maria Guadalupe Gutierrez Flores, Antonio Vazquez Lopez, Miguel Angel Suarez Gutierrez, Oswaldo Zaines Peña and Manuel Carrillo Salas, as well as of municipal officers, the deputy director and Legal Attorney for FONATUR, Gonzalo Barahona Perez, explained that the Integrally Planned Center (CIP) is a tourist development that includes 255 hectares taking in 3 polygons or areas: Boca de Naranjo, Boca del Cerro and the Cuevitas Annex, located within a coastal strip of 6 kilometers at El Capomo. The said project will include a PGA 18-holes golf course, whose construction shall commence this coming week, and which shall produce 10 thousand direct and indirect jobs, applying during this year an amount of 100 million pesos. Within this context, Barahona Perez further added, we have programmed a work schedule for 6 years and about $1 billion, 600 million pesos, approximately, which shall benefit the municipality, and which in turn shall impact onto an investment by third parties, by 2025, of one billion dollars. We anticipate income of 300 million dollars from tourism once this tourist project has been consolidated, he remarked. Finally, he said that the municipality will receive compensation works derived from this signed agreement for about 110 million pesos, funds that will be used to the benefit of the several rural communities.
