The lower lots have been redesigned for the golf course. There are 10 lots on the golf course that will eventually be offered for sale. At this time, 3 lots are available in section M-13 (lots 4,5 &6), which can be reserved now! These lots are 25 by 15 meters with the golf course as the front yard. Lots directly across the street in section M-12 (lots 5-9) are available and are 30 by 15 meters. Short term financing is available!
Private 3-Hole Golf Course

Work is underway to create a private, challenging 3-hole golf course at Vista Encantada II. Golf course will run along the northwest side of the property and at the bottom west side of the investor lots. A putting green is also planned. This will be a private golf course with membership only available to Vista Encantada I and II homeowners. Membership, fees and other information coming soon!
Laguna/Pool with Beach

A laguna pool with sandy beach is planned and in design. The pool will be situated with views of the golf course, putting green and ocean views out to Chacala. Lounging areas, showers and bathrooms are planned.

The mirador will be situated near the laguna pool area and in between holes 2 & 3 of the golf course. This would be a great location for a deli and a small golf center to supply golf needs.
Status on Title for Lower Lots

This parcel is out of Ejido and in Domenio Pleno. The paperwork is in Mexico City waiting approval. While we don't know the exact date of approval, the parcel is registered and should be titled in the near future. This site will be updated as progress is made.
Infrastructure
The streets are cut in for the lots available for sale in this parcel. Coming next, water lines and preparation for the electrical. Each lot price includes water and electric to the lot and streets comparable to the stone streets in phase one of Vista Encantada I.
Botanical Gardens & Walking Paths
