inversionistas *Aprobó Cabildo por unanimidad el Plan Parcial de
Urbanización del Fraccionamiento Ecoturístico “Vista Encantada” en El
Capomo
COMPOSTELA.-La
aprobación por Unanimidad del Plan Parcial de Urbanización del
Fraccionamiento Ecoturístico “Vista Encantada” en El Capomo y anexos, de
parte del Cabildo de Compostela, es punta de lanza para que más
desarrolladores decidan invertir en el turismo de aventura en el
municipio, a quienes se les otorgará todo el respaldo y la certidumbre
jurídica para poner en marcha sus proyectos.
En este sentido, el
director de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecología, Pablo Ibarría González, agregó
que tras la aprobación unánime de este desarrollo de turismo ecológico
sustentable que contempla una inversión estimada de 200 millones de pesos
en un predio de 16 hectáreas en el que se construirán alrededor de 85
conjuntos ecoturísticos, el municipio de Compostela incrementará la oferta
de atractivos para los visitantes nacionales y extranjeros.
Al
mismo tiempo –abundó- el gobierno municipal le apuesta al desarrollo
económico y turístico del municipio que generará fuentes de empleo y
mejores ingresos para las familias de las comunidades rurales, “por lo
cual, es facilitador y principal promotor de este tipo de desarrollos que
incentiven el desarrollo económico de nuestro municipio”.
Ibarría
González refrendó que el gobierno municipal que preside Héctor López
Santiago ha adquirido el compromiso con todos los proyectos que se
construyen en el municipio de Compostela, ya que el alcalde ha manifestado
que todas las bondades que nos brinda la naturaleza son privilegios que se
deben aprovechar para impulsar el crecimiento de esta región turística.
Por todo, dijo el funcionario, el alcalde Héctor López Santiago
nos ha instruido “continuar impulsando proyectos turísticos puesto que se
trata de sacarle el máximo provecho a nuestra región, ya
que Compostela es muy rico en historia, en riqueza natural y nos
gustaría que la gente que nos visite disfrute del turismo alterno. Por
ello, este gobierno, su presidente municipal, el Cabildo, les otorgará
todo nuestro apoyo a los desarrolladores que estén interesados en invertir
en este tipo de proyectos que forman parte del desarrollo económico de
nuestro municipio”, concluyó.

COMPOSTELA.- The unanimous approval of the Partial Plan for Urbanization of the “Vista Encantada” Eco-Tourism Residential Development at “El Capomo” by the Compostela Council is the tip of the spear for more developers to decide to invest into adventure tourism in this municipality, and to whom all the support and legal confidence will be made available in order to start their projects off.
In this sense, the Urban Development and Ecology Director, Pablo Ibarria Gonzalez, further remarked that after the unanimous approval of this project of sustainable ecological tourism, which foresees an investment of some 200 million pesos in a 16 hectares parcel on which approximately 85 eco-tourist residences will be constructed, makes the municipality of Compostela more attractive to both domestic and foreign visitors.
At the same time –he further said- our municipal government is in complete support of the economic and tourist development of this municipality, which will create sources of employment and better income to the families in rural communities, “that is the reason why it is the facilitator and main sponsor of this type of development which encourages the economical development of our municipality”.
Ibarria Gonzalez again assured that the municipal government presided by Hector Lopez Santiago has made this commitment with all the projects being built in this municipality of Compostela, for the president has mentioned that all the goodness nature offers us, are privileges that must be used to advance the growth of this tourist region.
For all of this, the officer further remarked, President Hector Lopez Santiago has instructed us to “continue promoting tourist projects because this is about taking maximum advantage of our region, for Compostela is very rich in history, natural bounty and we would like people visiting us to enjoy alternative tourism. Therefore, this government, its president and the Municipal Council, will grant all of its support to developers interested in investing in this type of project that are part of the economical development of our municipality”, he concluded.
