En El Capomo y anexos *López
Santiago visitó desarrollo ecoturístico “Vista Encantada” en donde
convivió con los propietarios del primer conjunto habitacional, una de las
85 que serán construidas en dicha zona
COMPOSTELA.-Derivado de la aprobación del Plan Parcial de Urbanización del
Fraccionamiento Ecoturístico “Vista Encantada” en El Capomo y anexos, los
desarrolladores construyeron el primer conjunto habitacional, que es
utilizado como la vivienda modelo que se edificará en este desarrollo,
mismo que ya fue adquirido por un matrimonio estadounidense, con quienes
el alcalde compostelense, Héctor López Santiago, convivió en días pasados
tras visitar esta zona de turismo ecológico sustentable, el primero en
desarrollarse en el municipio sur.
Durante una visita que el
presidente municipal, Héctor López Santiago, realizó por Vista Encantada,
en El Capomo, a invitación de los desarrolladores de este proyecto, tuvo
la oportunidad de conocer el prototipo de conjunto ecoturístico, de los 85
que se construirán en breve, así como a los propietarios del mismo, una
pareja extranjera Richard y Janet Vavra, quienes quedaron asombrados del
lugar y de la hermosa vista, por la que decidieron
adquirirla.
Durante su recorrido por este desarrollo, López
Santiago fue informado a detalle por el desarrollador Carlos Munguía
Guerrero, que se invertirá en dicho proyecto ecoturístico, el primero en
el municipio, más de 200 millones de pesos, y confían en que los conjuntos
habitacionales sean adquiridos rápidamente y Vista Encantada sea un
éxito.
Por su parte, el alcalde de Compostela se mostró satisfecho
de las acciones emprendidas por su administración y el Cabildo para
impulsar este tipo de proyectos que impulsan el desarrollo económico y
además generan fuentes de empleo e ingreso familiar a todas las
comunidades rurales del municipio.
“Somos promotores y
facilitadores para respaldar a los inversionistas y proyectos que deseen
concretar en nuestro municipio, nuestro compromiso es con la preservación
del entorno ecológico e incentivar el desarrollo económico de Compostela”,
reafirmó el munícipe durante su visita por Vista Encantada.
