desarrollo *López Santiago respalda el impulso de los proyectos
ecoturísticos en Compostela *Alcalde comprometido con la promoción
de la oferta turística, la preservación ecológica y el crecimiento
económico de la zona rural del municipio: Munguía Guerrero
COMPOSTELA.-
El gobierno municipal es facilitador y promotor del
desarrollo económico y turístico de Compostela, refrendó el Presidente
Municipal, Héctor López Santiago, al agregar que se impulsará todos los
proyectos ecoturísticos que promuevan la preservación del entorno
ecológico e incentiven el desarrollo económico de las comunidades rurales.
Esto se derivó del Proyecto de Plan Parcial de Urbanización del
Fraccionamiento Ecoturístico “Vista Encantada” que se ubicará en el ejido
de El Capomo y anexos, del municipio, y que fue sometido ante el Pleno del
Cabildo para su análisis y discusión.
En este sentido, el
desarrollador de este proyecto que pretende construir alrededor de 85
conjuntos ecoturísticos con una inversión estimada de 200 millones de
pesos, Carlos Munguía Guerrero, reconoció el respaldo del alcalde Héctor
López Santiago para impulsar este tipo de desarrollos en el municipio y su
compromiso con la preservación del entorno ecológico e incentivar el
desarrollo económico de la zona rural.
López Santiago aseguró que
su administración le apuesta al tema turístico y ecológico en beneficio
del municipio de Compostela; “de esta forma, la actual administración
municipal protege la biodiversidad al tiempo de procurar una fuente de
ingresos para los habitantes en sus comunidades de origen.
El
alcalde reconoció que los desarrollos ecoturísticos representarían una
alternativa más en las atracciones de la zona costa, dejando una
importante derrama económica para esta región de sol y playa.
El
objetivo de estos proyectos –reiteró el alcalde- es diversificar la oferta
turística en el municipio y paralelamente incentivar proyectos productivos
en las comunidades que les permitan ingresos para sus familias.
“Continuaremos impulsando el ecoturismo –refrendó- ya que se trata
de sacarle el máximo provecho a nuestras zonas. Compostela es muy
rico en historia, en riqueza natural y nos gustaría que la gente que nos
visite disfrute del turismo alterno. Por ello, le daremos todo nuestro
apoyo a los desarrolladores que estén interesados en invertir en este tipo
de proyectos que forman parte del desarrollo económico de nuestro
municipio”, reiteró finalmente López Santiago.

COMPOSTELA.- The municipal government is a facilitator and promoter of the economic and tourist development of Compostela; this was again remarked by the Municipal President, Hector Lopez Santiago, while further remarking that all eco-tourism projects will be supported that promote the preservation of the environment and encourage the economical development of rural communities.
Speaking of which, the Partial Plan Urban Project for “Vista Encantada”, the Eco Tourist Residential development located in the Ejido of El Capomo within this municipality, and has been brought before the Municipal Council for its analysis and discussion.
In this sense the project’s developer, who looks forward to the construction of 85 eco tourist residences with an estimated investment of 200 million pesos, Carlos Munguia Guerrero, acknowledged President Hector Lopez Santiago’s support, to encourage this type of development within the municipality, and commitment to the preservation of the ecological surroundings and the boost to the economic development of rural areas.
Lopez Santiago further remarked that his administration is counting on the ecotourism projects to benefit of the municipality of Compostela; “in this manner, the current municipal administration protects biodiversity whilst providing a source of income to the inhabitants of the target communities.
The President further acknowledged that eco tourist developments will represent an additional alternative to the coastal area’s attractions, leaving an important economical expansion for this region of beach and sun.
The objective of this type of project –he said- is to diversify the tourist offering in the municipality and at the same time encourage productive ventures within the communities which provide income to the families in the municipality.
“We shall continue stimulating eco tourism –he remarked- for it is all about obtaining maximum yield from our areas. Compostela is very rich in history, natural wealth and we would like that people who visit us enjoy alternative tourism. Therefore we will give all our support to developers who are interested on investing in these type of projects that form part of the economic development of our municipality”, said Lopez Santiago.
