Investor Lots Available
     * Lots are available to investors! We are offering lots priced starting at $99,000 USD in our new parcel. We originally offered 8 lots as investor lots. This parcel is just out of Ejido, in Domenio Pleno. We are in the titling process. This parcel is part of the Vista Encantada Subdivision and is also included in the Environmental Impact and Plan Parcial process. It is anticipated that we will have title sometime in the next few months. Infrastructure: Electric, Water and streets are included in this price. Prices and sizes are subject to change. We are in the process of finalizing lot dimensions, street locations, and other boundaries at this time. 7 of these lots are already taken. 4 of the remaining lots are still available for the low investment price of $99,000. Lot M12-8 is priced at $119,000. This lot is increasing in size to over 900 meters. The other 4 lots are approximately 700-750 square meters. Now is the time to invest! You won't find a better value for your money!

Compostela President Visits
     * On May 22, 2010, President Hector Lopez Santiago, his cabinet and friends came to Vista Encantada for the day. President Lopez Santiago met the first homeowners and toured their home. Enjoyed lunch under the palms and toured the development. It was a very enjoyable day!

FIDEICOMISO
     * The Fideicomiso for Vista Encantada is in the process of being registered in the “Registro Publico.

Consulta Publica & Plan Parcial
     * For the past several weeks, the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada was being prepared. Because the municipality has not published a master plan for Compostela yet, it was necessary to publish a “Plan Parcial” which is a Partial Plan, which fits into the Master Plan. The Plan Parcial is published and approved through the Consulta Publica process. Once the Plan Parcial was prepared, there was a meeting in Compostela at which the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada was presented to the government officials, professors and technical experts for environment, ecology, archeology, economics, engineering and architectural review. This was the first of many presentations and reviews over a five week period. During this period, construction at Vista Encantada was put on hold until the end of the process. At this writing, the final approval is complete and signed off by the State of Nayarit and by the Municipality of Compostela. In the next week or so, the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada will be listed and viewable on the Compostela Municipal website at: http://www.e-compostela.gob.mx. Click on the Article for May 5th. It’s all about our development at Vista Encantada.

Vista Encantada Entrance
     * The Vista Encantada logo design will be completed with gold granite in the logo design. The entrance gates are installed and painted.

Electrical
     * Electrical work is completed. Electric is now on!!!! Lots A-1 through A-8 are served by this first transformer. Our homeowners at A-2 finally turned on their air conditioners today! Thanks to them and their extreme patience in waiting for this day!

Vista Encantada Streets
The rock streets are complete on Calle Vista Encantada up to the start of the second phase lots. The street will be continued through the 3rd phase lots. The water lines are now in for the second and third phase lots. The streets are compacted and gravelled. Work was completed on the street at Calle Hermosa. That is the street that runs along the front of the property (A lots). The street was completed in rock to the back access street.

Water System & Well
     * The water system is completed for Phase I and water faucets are actually in place and working for each lot. Water system pipes and connections and spigots are in, for phase II & III lots.

The Model Homes
· We have three model homes planned for the first phase. On lot A-3, construction on the Casa Costa II, a 2 bedroom, 2-˝ bath Model is underway. Block and steel are going in for the foundation and the walls are up. The retaining wall for the house is constructed of boulders from Vista Encantada. See the photos dated 7/1/09. The house is going to be beautiful. This model is for sale. The plans were modified for this model and we have increased the size by 15 square meters (161 sq feet). This model is SOLD. Construction began on our Marisol duplex model and it is coming up fast! Each unit is for sale at the low price of $179,000. This includes a pool for each unit!

Just a Note
· Gardens were planted in the front entrance on both sides where the fountains are and in front and behind the office. The Waterfall at Vista Encantada is truly beautiful and is now accessible for those of you who would like to go all the way to the falls and to the pools. We have had workers putting in rock paths and natural handholds so we can now walk along paths to the pools and falls. Their work was inspired. Rock from the same area and dirt was used to create paths that look like they have been there for a 100 years! Come and see it!
We have decided to cobblestone the street in front our our entrance (3 meters wide) to make for easier access into Vista Encantada. Even though the street isn't technically part of Vista Encantada, it really needed some work. The cobblestone is finished at the entrance.
Local News:
· The widening and paving project for the road from Highway 200, at the turn off to El Divisadero (and Vista Encantada) is finished. They did a spectacular job on this road!
