CONDO HOTEL
     * Construction started on our Suenos Del Mar Condo Hotel at Vista Encantada. The foundation is almost complete. One, two and three bedroom condominiums available with a starting price of $119,000 for one bedroom condo. Penthouse two and three bedroom condos on the top floor. Preconstruction pricing. Each condo will have spectacular ocean views and some will have views of the Golf Course being constructed on the lower parcel at Vista Encantada II. Condo owners will have the option to put their condo in the rental pool for hotel rentals. Property management and hotel management will be provided.

Lots on the Golf Course
     * Three lots were offered for sale on the Vista Encantada II, 3-hole par 4 golf course. One of these lots is pending sale. These lots are on the third hole fairway with fantastic ocean views. Golf Course lots starting at $150,000. Lots across the street from the Golf Course are starting at $129,000. All have great ocean and jungle and golf course views.

Compostela President Visits
     * On May 22, 2010, President Hector Lopez Santiago, his cabinet and friends came to Vista Encantada for the day. President Lopez Santiago met the first homeowners and toured their home. Enjoyed lunch under the palms and toured the development. It was a very enjoyable day!

FIDEICOMISO
     * The Fideicomiso for Vista Encantada is registered in the “Registro Publico.

Consulta Publica & Plan Parcial
     * For the past several weeks, the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada was being prepared. Because the municipality has not published a master plan for Compostela yet, it was necessary to publish a “Plan Parcial” which is a Partial Plan, which fits into the Master Plan. The Plan Parcial is published and approved through the Consulta Publica process. Once the Plan Parcial was prepared, there was a meeting in Compostela at which the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada was presented to the government officials, professors and technical experts for environment, ecology, archeology, economics, engineering and architectural review. This was the first of many presentations and reviews over a five week period. During this period, construction at Vista Encantada was put on hold until the end of the process. At this writing, the final approval is complete and signed off by the State of Nayarit and by the Municipality of Compostela. In the next week or so, the Plan Parcial for Vista Encantada will be listed and viewable on the Compostela Municipal website at: http://www.e-compostela.gob.mx. Click on the Article for May 5th. Environmental Impact & Semarnat
     * The Environmental Impact process for Vista Encantada is online. To view this information, you can go to the Semarnat website at http://www.semarnat.gob.mx/pages/consultatutramite.aspx. Enter this number: 18/MP-0019/08/10 in the box under Consulta un Tramite. Then click on the Consulta button. You will see the official process we went through and that the process is completed. Vista Encantada is a registered development with the Federal Government of Mexico.

Electrical
     * Electrical work is completed. Electric is now on!!!! Lots A-1 through A-8 are served by this first transformer. Our homeowners at A-2 finally turned on their air conditioners today! Thanks to them and their extreme patience in waiting for this day!

Vista Encantada Streets
The streets are cut in for the Vista Encantada II parcel (February 16, 2011). This has really opened up the view for the lots in this parcel! Work started today, January 24, 2011, cutting in the lower parcel streets. This work is scheduled to be completed in approximately 3 weeks. The rock streets are complete on Calle Vista Encantada up to the start of the second phase lots. The street will be continued through the 3rd phase lots. The water lines are now in for the second and third phase lots. The streets are compacted and gravelled. Work was completed on the street at Calle Hermosa. That is the street that runs along the front of the property (A lots). The street was completed in rock to the back access street.

Water System & Well
     * · The water system is completed for Phase I, II and III and water faucets are in place and working for each lot. Water system pipes and connections and spigots will be installed for the investor lots when the street is cut in.

· Drilling on the well began on Friday, November 19th. While we hit water at 27 meters, and again at approximately 60 meters, we will continue drilling. It looks like we need to go deeper to have enough water for the entire development. Drilling was down to 65 meters on January 21, 2011. Drilling is at 68 meters and we are testing for water with a pump today - February 16,2011.
The Model Homes
· We have three model homes planned for the first phase. On lot A-3, construction on the Casa Costa II, a 2 bedroom, 2-˝ bath Model is completed. The house at lot A-3 is SOLD but we can build this home on any of our other lots. Construction is in the finishing phase on our Marisol duplex model at lot C-12! Each unit is for sale at the low price of $199,000. This includes a pool for each unit! This is the perfect time to buy. Pick your colors for countertop tiles, paint, etc. Floors are in as is the tile in the showers (marble). One coat of paint has been applied and the colors can change if the house is bought before the work is finished. Each unit has a 300 square meters lot.

Botanical Gardens & Walking Paths & Waterfall
· Come walk the garden pathways down to the waterfall or down to the lower parcel of Vista Encantada. Beautiful tropical plants and flowers have been planted alongside the gravelled walking paths for your enjoyment. Many new banana trees have been planted. Mangos and papayas are growing on the property. Water is still flowing through the seasonal waterfall. The waterfall is rushing with water. The waterfall area is truly the "Enchanted" part of Vista Encantada. Vista Encantada translates to Enchanted View.
Local News:
· The widening and paving project for the road from Highway 200, at the turn off to El Divisadero (and Vista Encantada) is finished. They did a spectacular job on this road!
